The Grand­view at Bene­fis was the first Con­tin­u­ing Care Retire­ment Com­mu­ni­ty in Great Falls, MT. Through a series of news­pa­per ads and a​“field guide” brochure, our Live Well. Live Inspired. cam­paign intro­duced the CCRC con­cept to area seniors. By sell­ing the idea of a lifestyle free from wor­ry, a secure plan for the future, an the free­dom to enjoy life, we were able to build excite­ment and buzz around the new com­mu­ni­ty even before archi­tec­tur­al ren­der­ings were complete.
